Abstract
The network of ECEC services in Tuscany is an “example of quality”, and the different experiences show this milestone: the good practices concern the spaces, the documentation, the integrated system of services, family education, continuity 0-6, pedagogical coordination. Pistoia is distinguished by the attention given to the environment, in which that is why within ECEC services are identified by a true “pedagogy of good taste”. The Bottega di Geppetto in San Miniato, a center for research and documentation, is characterized by the work done on documentation, allowing a clearer definition of the identity of the ECEC services in Tuscany. The collaboration between public and private created the integrated system of services: the experiences in Arezzo and Scandicci are significant, and also the ones started by the Cooperatives Arca and Koinè, the Consortium CO&SO and the Association SolFanzia. The services of the coast, in particular of Viareggio, Livorno and Grosseto, emphasize family education, realizing projects “for” and “with” parents, while the experience of Empoli is interesting for 0-6 continuity. Regarding the “zonal pedagogical coordination”, the most representative situation seems to be Prato: a model in which pedagogical and organizational aspects are closely interconnected.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
