In the Editorial report, the editors of this issue of Form@re Journal analyze the articles from two different types of perspectives: from one side, it is analyzed the contents of the articles, from the training and education pathways of the adults to the workplaces and to the professionalization, from another point of view, it is analyzed the methodologies of the researches, qualitative and quantitative or mixed methods. The result of the article is a huge landscape for the Adult Education field in Italy and Europe: problems, perspectives, policies, skills and practices.
