This enlightening book discusses, reframes and challenges many of the grey areas surrounding research on care by questioning current accounts of the relationship between emotions and care and shedding light on their not always clear and coherent narratives. In this respect, it makes a substantial and welcome contribution to both scholarship on care and emotions from different disciplinary perspectives.
