Described is a personal tracking system (1 ) comprising: a plurality of wearable wireless transceivers (2); a plurality of antennas (3, 3a); a computing cloud (9). Each transceiver (2) is configured to receive and transmit first wireless signals by means of a first transmission technique (4). Each antenna (3, 3a) is configured for receiving and transmitting the first wireless signals from and to each wearable wireless transceiver (2) by means of the first transmission technique (4) and to receive and transmit second wireless signals from and to each other antenna (3, 3a) by means of a second transmission technique (5). The plurality of antennas (3, 3a) may also comprise a master antenna (3a) configured to receive the first and second wireless signals and transmit the second wireless signals to a portable terminal (7) by means of a third transmission technique (6).

Abstract
