Discussione sulla valutazione della sicurezza strutturale degli edifici, con riferimento alla normativa vigente; illustrazione delle problematiche relative alla certificazione di idoneità statica per le strutture non collaudate al momento della loro costruzione, distinguendo i casi specifici di opere oggetto di condono edilizio, ovvero di accertamento di conformità, oppure infine delle costruzioni che fino dall’origine sarebbero state soggette a collaudo, ma ne sono sprovviste. Illustration of the problems related to the certification of structural safety that have not been assessed at the time of their construction is then presented, distinguishing the specific cases of “condono edilizio”, “accertamento di conformità”, or finally the case of buildings that at the time of construction would have been subjected to structural assessment.
