The main objective of this deliverable is to develop guidelines for the policy making. To this end, the most critical scenarios identified in D1.1 have been compared with the ISO13232:2005 standard. Moreover, Key Accident Scenarios in Europe (KASE) for the development of safety measures in PTW vehicles have been defined, and a forecast of PTW accident scenarios within the next years has been provided.
