On the one hand, it is undoubtedly an extraordinary opportunity for growth and development in an era, the current one, characterized by a profound economic crisis. On the other hand, however, the cryptocurrency attracts evaders and criminals of every species interested in exploiting it to create new forms of illicit. The problems are not only strictly technical, but also and above all epistemological: it is not enough simply to identify the most appropriate technical solutions to solve a given problem, instead of requiring that these activities are correctly framed within the legal system, and carried out in accordance with the rules.
