The Federal Technical Centre of Coverciano, the home of the Italian national football team, was built thanks to the commitment of marquis Luigi Ridolfi, who was the head of the Italian Olympic delegation at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. He was inspired by this experience, taking inspiration from the Olympic village realized for the occasion that the Marquis proposed to the top of Italian football the need to create a Federal Technical Center.

Abstract
