An apparatus for the ex vivo intraoperative analysis of a biological tissue sample comprises supporting means to which said sample can be stably associated, ultrasound sensors, tactile sensors, vision sensors, moving members of said supporting means with respect to the various data acquisition bodies, and a control unit for receiving data from the acquisition bodies, the processing of the same and the control of the data acquisition bodies themselves and of the moving members, so that the ex-vivo intraoperative analysis of the biological tissue sample can take place automatically in or near the operative compartment with a pathologist who can manage the apparatus and remotely analyze the results, also through a teleoperation and telepalpation system connected to a haptic interface.
