Ricostruzione epigrafica del secondo annesso nella tomba di Sheshonq (TT 27) a Tebe-Ovest

a presente pubblicazione illustra i risultati di un lavoro epigrafico che ha riguardato un ambiente annesso alla sala a pilastri della tomba saitica di Sheshonq, grande intendente della divina ado- ratrice, all’Asasif (TT 27). Lo studio delle parti di testo ancora con- servate sulle pareti e dei frammenti distaccati da esse ha consentito di poter comprendere il programma decorativo della sala e conseguen- temente il suo ruolo centrale all’interno della tomba, evidenziato dal- la presenza di uno dei due pozzi di cui la tomba è dotata. This publication presents the results of epigraphical work concerning a room annexed to the pillared hall in the Saite tomb of Sheshonq, High Steward of the God’s wife, in the Asasif (TT 27). Study of the texts still preserved on the walls together with fragments that had become detached from it has produced information crucial for understanding the room’s decorative program. This in turn has fa- cilitated proper understanding of the central role of the room in the tomb, underscored by the presence of one of the two shafts with which the tomb is provided.
