The transplanted population has an increased risk of developing malignancy due to immunosuppressive drugs that can both determine a direct carcinogenic effect and can predispose to oncogenic virus slatentization. Prostate cancer is associated to other neoplasms , most cutaneous. This is a retrospective evaluation in patients who underwent renal transplantation from January 1993 to January 2015. 65% of all transplanted patients were male, among them 18 patients (%) developed prostate cancer after transplantation. Therapeutic managements, oncological and functional outcomes were examined .
