The essay focuses on the problems related to the application of private law to workers in investee companies with particular reference to those relevant to collective bargaining. To achieve this, the A. analyzes separately the issues related to collective bargaining of first and second level from those relative to the collective bargaining resulting from redundancies, cession and transfer of the companies.
