The Envision of Infrastructure Project Design

The publication collects the contributions of scholars, PhD and researchers who participated in the call for papers promoted by SITdA for the international conference “Design in the Digital Age. Technology, Nature, Culture” to be held in Naples in 2020 e postdated because the pandemic fo COVID-19 on 1 and 2 July 2021. The essays in this publication provide a set of ideas, reflections, positions and proposals that, in the context of the epistemological crisis that affects the reasons, the meaning and the very structures of the project, can contribute to understand how the digital shift is deeply transforming the role of design culture in the relationship between technology and nature in a historical transition affected by climate and social changes with enormous political, economic and productive consequences.
