n young patients presenting with chest pain, the diagnosis of myocarditis should be pursued even in case of negative inflammation biomarkers and negative serological tests. Undoubtedly, coronary-CTA scan may help us to exclude any coronary artery involvement. However only CMR can give the certainty of myocarditis diagnosis.
