L'identità degradata. Note sul dispositivo teorico di Stigma.

L'articolo presenta un'interpretazione originale del libro Stigma di Erving Goffman. Intende mostrare come in Stigma sia ricostruibile una struttura teorica sistematica. L'articolo suggerisce che la teoria dello stigma formulata in questo lavoro di Goffman, e in particolare l'idea che le interazioni con stigma siano tipi specifici di interazione e non solo interazioni ostacolate dallo stigma, sia un importante contributo alla teoria generale dell'interazione sociale. The article presents an original interpretation of the book Stigma by Erving Goffman. It aims to show how in Stigma a systematic theoretical structure can be reconstructed. The article suggests that the stigma theory formulated in this work by Goffman, and in particular the idea that interactions with stigma are specific types of interaction and not only interactions hindered by stigma, is an important contribution to the general theory of social interaction.
