The pro-cedure was performed transfemorally, with implanta-tion of a 26-mm CoreValve Evolut PRO (Medtronic,Minneapolis, Minnesota). Aortography during valvu-loplasty (20-mm balloon) showed a worrisomedislodgement of calcium toward the LM (Video 1)
