La pronuncia del Bundesverfassungsgericht sul Quantitative Easing della Banca Centrale Europea: stimolo od ostacolo al rafforzamento della UE?

Si pone in termini ancor più forti l'esigenza di operare una ponderata riflessione che ci conduca a rimeditare a mente fredda sulla recentissima pronuncia della Bundesverfassungsgericht sul “Programma di acquisto di attività del settore pubblico sui mercati secondari” (PSPP) e le conseguenti competenze della Unione Europea e de relato della Banca centrale europea (BCE) (sentenza del 5 Maggio 2020 2 BvR 859/15, 2 BvR 980/16, 2 BvR 2006/15, 2 BvR 1651/15). There is the need to make a thoughtful reflection is posed in even stronger terms that will lead us to think again with a cold mind on the very recent decision of the Bundesverfassungsgericht on the "Program for the purchase of public sector assets on secondary markets" (PSPP) and the consequent competences of European Union and European Central Bank (ECB) report (judgment of 5 May 2020 2 BvR 859/15, 2 BvR 980/16, 2 BvR 2006/15, 2 BvR 1651/15).
