In this case report, we illustrate the early coverage at 14 days of aneverolimuselutingBioabsorbable VascularScaffold(Absorb BVS,AbbottVascular, Santa Clara) implanted after ST Elevation MyocardialInfarction (STEMI). The patient was admitted in another centre due toan anterior STEMI. Patient underwent primary Percutaneous CoronaryIntervention and a 3.0 × 28 mm Bioabsorbable Scaffold was implantedin the proximal Left Anterior Descending artery (LAD) across the originof the septal and diagonal branch. Angiogram showed a subocclusivestenosis of the 3rd segment of the RCA. The patient was readmitted14 days later for RCA treatment in our centre.
