The study is based on the observation of the performance trend during six-weeks "Military Combat Method" (MCM) instructor course. The course admission tests coincide with the performance evaluation tests used to observe the study subjects. The study aim is to evaluate the morphofunctional and performance changes induced in soldiers (n = 103; age = 32 years; height = 175 cm; weight = 80.45 kg; BMI = 26.2) by exposure to six-weeks MCM training cycle, through analytical detection by field and laboratory tests. Improvements in the expression of strength endurance have been highlighted with significant increases (p <0.001) in all the anatomical districts investigated. Significant improvement in the expression of endurance has been highlighted. The jump heights on the CMJ and SJ tests are significantly improved (p <0.0001). The balance control assessment test scores improved significantly (p <0.01).
