A global action supporting healthy diet and physical activity isneeded to encourage women to begin a good lifestyle inpreconceptional period.This topic is timely in an era where more women are undergoingART and in which the correction and/or the management ofmodifiable CV risk factors are mandatory and represent the mainclinical goal for both a safe pregnancy, and lifetime women’s health.Future researches could help to evaluate if the effects of COVID-19 on the emotional state and CV burden in women planning ARTwould affect ART outcomes.
