A clinical case of guided bone regeneration, together with implant positioning, is presented. The regeneration is obtained by means of a newly designed titanium mesh directly anchored to the fixture. The clinical case show the easy use of the presented technique in obtaining the desired bone regeneration in case of mixed horizontal/vertical bone defect
