The essay examines the catalogue printed by Giovanni Battista Ciotti in Venice, 1602, containing the publications purchased during the Frankfurt Fair. In order to highlight the specific features of such publication, it has been analysed the catalogue printed at the same time by Roberto Meietti, also in Venice. The essay includes full transcript of both catalogues, their comparison and the list of the publications contained in both texts.
