Formazione universitaria work-related per futuri professionisti dell’educazione degli adulti

La richiesta di work-related learning nei contesti universitari è in aumento e le motivazioni non sono legate solo ai futuri bisogni occupazionali dei laureati, benché assolutamente significativi, ma anche a un più ampio sviluppo e apertura del sistema accademico (Magnell e Geschwind, 2013) a cui viene richiesto di formare professionisti capaci di portare nei luoghi di lavoro la ricerca necessaria ai processi di innovazione. Alla dimensione lavorativa è riconosciuta la capacità di convertire una produzione scientifica di alto livello in attivatore di cambiamento. In questo quadro il presente contributo intende offrire una riflessione introduttiva sul significato che può assumere il work related learning nell’alta formazione integrato ad attività di ricerca, con particolare riferimento alla formazione dei professionisti dell’educazione degli adulti rispetto a nuove identità professionali. The demand for work-related learning in university contexts is increasing and the reasons are not linked only to the future employment needs of graduates, although absolutely significant, but also to a wider development and opening of the academic system (Magnell and Geschwind, 2013) to which it comes required to train professionals capable of bringing the research necessary for the processes to the workplace of innovation. The ability to convert a production is recognized to the working dimension high-level science in activator of change. In this context the present contribution intends offer an introductory reflection on the meaning that work related learning can assume in the higher training integrated with research activities, with particular reference to the training of professionals of adult education with respect to new professional identities.
