One of the most seroiuos complications of psoriasis is erythrodermia. It can also happen that specific therapies for psoriasis treatment can't control the progression of the disease which can become erythrodermic. We report a case series from many Italian clinics in which the erythodermic clinical condition was successfully treated with ustekinumab.
