Psoriasis can very often affect nails. The severity of nail psoriasis is calculated through NAPSI. There are specific signs of psoriasis affecting the nails and some of them are considered specific of the disease. The Authors discuss why some specific signs of psoriasis nails have not to be considered specific and suggest a NAPSI reinterpretation.
