When we talk about algorithmic decisions and their regulation, we are implicitly used to thinking about individual decisions, forgetting that the use of algorithms is also having significant effects on the way in which general and abstract decisions are taken. For this reason, the contribution will focus on those aspects in which the use of algorithms is already conditioning the legislative process.
