The present invention relates to a multivalent synthetic vaccine efficient in the treatment and/or prevention of tuberculosis, listeriosis and pneumonia. The therapeutic vaccines of the present invention are formed by gold glyconanoparticles conjugated to peptides 1-15 of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate-dehydrogenase (GAPDH 1-15) of several bacterial genera.

Abstract
