Mediterranean basin in the Covid-19 crisis. Has the impact of the Covid-19 crisis been different for the different populations of the region?

The impact of the pandemic crisis on Mediterranean region has been strong. The diffusion of the disease has conducted to different levels of respiratory syndrome, conditioned by the different political restrictions. After a description of data in the two shores of the sea and an examination of the correlation among the variables used, a cluster analysis is carried out using pandemic data, economic data and infant mortality. The clusters identify perfectly the two shores.
