Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the decision-making choices of individuals. However, the economic crisis in Italy was not only due to the pandemic. Italian economic growth had already languished compared to that of other countries. Economic growth inevitably passes through the revision of regulations because it is only through this process that a country becomes more institutionally modern. Amongst all sectors in Italy, justice requires urgent action in terms of streamlining procedures to reduce the time and number of legal proceedingsI documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
