Il saggio inquadra le strategie green per le compagnie di assicurazione a partire dall’orientamento green degli investimenti fino ai prodotti e le politiche green nel risk assesment sugli assicurati. Si considera inoltre come gli impatti delle politiche green sulla mitigazione/adattamento ai cambiamenti climatici e tutela dell’ambiente possono in generale favorire la riduzione fattori di rischio cui la compagnia può essere esposta. Il ruolo degli assicuratori nel raggiungimento di obiettivi di sostenibilità su scala globale si rivela anche sul fronte della governance ordinata a gestire i rischi in chiave sostenibile anche immettendo prodotti nel mercato in grado di consentire sostenibilità e resilienza. The paper focuses on green strategies for insurance companies starting from the green orientation of investments up to green products and policies in the risk assessment of policyholders. It is also considered how the impact of green policies on mitigation / adaptation to climate change and environmental protection can generally favor the reduction of risk factors to which the company may be exposed. The impact of insurers on sustainability is also revealed on the governance front aimed at managing risks in a sustainable way and by placing products on the market that can allow sustainability and resilience.
