The intervention area faces south on the Boulevard and is bounded on the north by a strip of green (on which there is Asylum) defined by a line of trees that separates the new intervention from the existing buildings to the north. The first court west is defined by a row of trees (along the main pedestrian street), new buildings and a porch on the boulevard. The arcade is open to the existing church. This court enhances the existing buildings (home of the clergy with garden, Pokrovsky church, underground museum) and has a parking lot for them. The second courtyard, at the center, is defined by a complex of 5/6 storey in the form of a double "C" and semi-public garden in the center. The shape of the "C" in the North is the reading of the historical tracks existing. The third court, to the east, is similar to the second. System with double "C" and semi-public garden in the center. Among the courts, is a system of three pedestrian plazas to three different heights. On the ground floor of new buildings are shops, cafes, restaurants, offices, on two levels. The shops are used to attract people. If people walk along the streets, the city is alive. You can reach the residences with dedicated paths after passing the concierge. The residences are for the "premium class".
