In this paper, accurate modelling and simulation of an LLC converter are presented. The proposed analysis considers the parasitic elements and non-linearities of each component. The estimation of power losses on the MOSFETs and on the magnetics components is developed in Matlab-Simulink environment. A model for switching losses evaluation is presented and used to predict the thermal junction temperature of semiconductors. Steinmetz equations are used to evaluate the magnetic power losses. Abstract
The output power and the conversion efficiency are evaluated and compared with the ideal case.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
