A generalization of the VHM (Vector Hysteron Model) is here described to reconstruct rotational magnetizations of electrical steels with weak anisotropy, like non oriented grain Silicon steel, in function of the frequency values. The VHM is a natural extension of the classical Preisach model where the scalar hysterons are changed with vector hysterons, defined as a closed curves, for 2-d magnetizations. By using different frequencies of the B field applied as a rotational excitation, the values of the moving functions characterizing VHM change. The aim of this paper is to provide a procedure to find the behavior of those moving functions as a dependency of frequency. Suitable simulations are reported within the final validations.
