Current study considers the historical, cultural, geographical and economic aspects of Usolye architecture formation, explores the current state of historic architectural complex, its cultural and urban value paying special attention to the conservation challenges. The comprehensive architectural survey of Usolye complex was carried out. The examination combined traditional and advanced methods including such elements as documentary analysis, landscape visual and spatial analysis, census activity and creation of an architectural objects digital database, thematic maps creation, remote sensing, photomodeling, that were performed using techniques of photogrammetry, laser scanning, architectural sketching and drafting, and 3D models building. The paper describes and structures the methods of the architectural survey applied in Usolye, draws conclusions on a comprehensive architectural survey application for the preservation of cultural heritage. It emphasizes the importance of a holistic analysis of the architectural environment, including objects and surrounding landscape in the preservation of territory's valuable historical and cultural characteristics. As a result of the executed study, techniques for multi-method architectural analysis were tried and tested, the 3D model of the Usolye Stroganovs Ensemble (digital point cloud) was realized, sections and facades of buildings were executed, an architectural heritage object passport prototype was developed and passports for a number of architectural monuments of the complex combined into an electronic database were prepared.

Abstract
As a result of the executed study, techniques for multi-method architectural analysis were tried and tested, the 3D model of the Usolye Stroganovs Ensemble (digital point cloud) was realized, sections and facades of buildings were executed, an architectural heritage object passport prototype was developed and passports for a number of architectural monuments of the complex combined into an electronic database were prepared.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
