Historic Environment Architectural Survey With the Use of Digital Technology

This article describes the methods used in conducting architectural survey on Korza village, one of the oldest settlements in the south-western part of Karelia, which conserved a significant number of traditional Karelian village wooden buildings, as a specific example of the Karelian settlement, studied in the framework of the project "Wooden Architecture: traditional Karelian timber architecture and landscape". The article describes the process and structure of the study completed, traditional and modern methods using digital technology that were used in the survey with the accompanying drawings, and draws conclusions about the application of architectural survey data.
