Abstract
The continuous evolution towards high functionality wireless handsets gives rise to more complex demands in power amplifier (PA) characterization. In this paper, it is discussed how vector large-signal measurements can be utilized in the evaluation of the emerging multi-band multistandard power amplifier designs. To demonstrate this capability, a dual-band GaN HEMT PA was designed and analysed in detail under dual-band excitation conditions.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
