Emergia: una memoria di risorse per iniziare a dare basi scientifiche alla sostenibilità

Sono sempre più diffusi gli impegni e gli approcci verdi, spesso denunciati come insufficienti, se non come operazioni di facciata. In Italia il Ministero dell’Ambiente è stato sostituito da quello per la Transizione Ecologica, con nuovi compiti per gestire i fondi europei per il rilancio delle economie dell’Unione; si poteva fare della questione ambientale un faro di ogni altro dicastero, invece si è portata la crescita economica anche dove ci si concentrava sulla tutela dell’ambiente1. Sembra spesso sfuggire il fatto che se va in crisi l’ambiente vanno in crisi anche le società e le economie umane, che solo al suo interno possono esistere; pur senza grandi sensibilità, fare i conti con l’ambiente significa preservare anche tutto il resto, salute compresa. Green commitments and approaches, often denounced as insufficient, if not as window-dressing operations, have become more and more popular. In Italy, the Ministry of Environment has been replaced by the one for the Ecological Transition, with new tasks to manage the European funds for the revival of the economies of the Union. The environmental issue could become a beacon to any other ministry, instead, they emphasised on the economic growth also where the focus was on the protection of the environment1. It should be noted that if the environment goes into crisis, also the societies and the human economies, able to exist just within it, go into crisis; even without great sensitivities, dealing with the environment means safeguarding also all the rest, including health.
