The verification of the degree of accessibility of the network of pedestrian routes, integrated to the services and functions present in the territory to which they belong, is an issue that can be treated in different disciplinary areas depending on the value and meaning that you want to give it to the articulated and complex concept of accessibility itself (Tocci, 2010). In particular, if we want to analyze the accessibility of a pedestrian network, or the level of ease of use, comfort, attractiveness, in which the user is the one defined by the highway code as a weak user, it is necessary to evaluate the intrinsic characteristics of the route, in relation to the condition of the type of user, verifying the conditions of environmental conflict present in the routes. The problem related to the accessibility of route networks is a highly relevant issue related to the need to promote the pedestrian traffic of people and thus reduce vehicular traffic in urban neighborhoods. As part of the design and control of the routes, it is necessary to verify the level of accessibility through integrated systems capable of combining geographic and performance aspects. The contribution of this article illustrates a methodology developed in the field of verification of pedestrian accessibility, in a delimited and regulated environmental system such as a natural park.
