The development of HBIM methodology offers an interesting chal- lenge for the creation of effective support in the management and conservation of the built heritage through the definition of updated and interconnected digital models. This article highlights how this tool can be effectively used for the management and maintenance activities of a museum complex of international interest: the Galleria dell’Accademia di Firenze.
