Perché continuare a discutere dell’opinione dissenziente nel giudizio costituzionale?

To study how dissenting opinion interacts, on the one hand, with the withdrawal of constitutional justice from the counter-majoritarian difficulty and, on the other hand, with its contextual approach to the needs of civil society, it is justified to make a new attempt to reflect on these issues and to do so with the plurality of methods that distinguished previous studies. For this reason, in addition to these merely introductory considerations, the Review hosts the contributions of four young scholars, who use the different tools and sensibilities of legal history, international law, comparative law and constitutional law to investigate the perspective chosen here
