Abstract
To develop a fully sustainable bioplastics, we designed and prepared peptides, deriving from appropriately characterized protein lysates. Because of their high compatibility with the proteic matrix, these peptides will be employed as additives in protein-rich materials. The obtained results will contribute to the green transition achieving the goals of the European Green Deal.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
