The report describes in a simple and effective manner the guidelines for the management of the employment relationship in network contracts. The network contract is a contract with which medium-long term relations can be established in order to realise a form of strategic cooperation between two or more actors for the implementation of one or more projects and/or the performance of activities of common interest through the combination and sharing of skills and resources, including non-material ones, by the various participants, each of which preserves its own legal and economic autonomy. It envisages the possibility of sharing the workforce by introducing two innovative labour law institutions - facilitated worker posting and joint employership - for the exclusive use of the companies signing the contract.
