Salute digitale, corporeità e il nuovo ordine tecnologico-informazionale tra disciplina e controllo aperto e continuo

The main objective of this work is to analyze Foucault's disciplinary perspective to examine whether and to what extent it can be effective for investigating the phenomenon of control-surveillance underlying the use of digital health services. In particular, we analyze the break between the notion of control-surveillance in a strictly disciplinary sense and that of the society of open and continuous control evoked by Deleuze to show the reconfiguration of the possibilities of control in the medical-health sector and the their propagation within a space that no longer coincides with the solidity of borders and institutions, but which leverages connections, open spaces, codes and, above all, the absence of constraint on the part of those who submit to them.
