Introduction to DESTINY+ mission: ‘DESTINY+’ (Demonstration and Experiment of Space Technology for INterplanetary voYage, PhaethonfLyby and dUst Science) is a JAXA/ISAS mission. The spacecraft will be launched in 2024 and (3200) Phaethon asteroid will be the flyby target [1]. The science observation includes high-speed flyby imaging of Phaethon, and direct measurement of the properties of dust particles in the interplanetary space, dust trail and nearby Phaethon [2].
