The article presents a Manifesto for inclusive reading proposed by the working group, coordinated by the authors of the article, which planned the session “Reading: print, screen, audio?” at the Stel-line Conference 2024. Despite print is still the preferred medium for reading, libraries must manage and promote reading services and literacy in all kinds of media. Other media than print have some advantages, particularly for certain readers. To be an inclusive and sustainable library means also adopting this approach as well as to guarantee access and accessibility to all forms of reading.
