Educazione di genere e genitorialità. Una rete per le famiglie in trasformazione

L’articolo presenta i primi risultati di un progetto di ricerca-azione-partecipativa frutto della collaborazione tra il Dipartimento FORLILPSI dell’Università di Firenze e i Servizi educativi per la prima infanzia del Comune di Livorno. A partire dall’analisi dei cambiamenti che stanno interessando la società e le famiglie contemporanee, la ricerca ha inteso rilevare la presenza di risorse e di azioni promosse negli ultimi cinque anni a favore dell’educazione al genere e alla genitorialità sul territorio livornese, con la finalità di progettare e costruire una rete inter-istituzionale e inter-professionale volta a sostenere le relazioni intra e inter-familiari tramite un approccio inclusivo e tras-formativo. Il contributo presenta i fondamenti teorici, gli obiettivi, la metodologia e i primi risultati del progetto, giungendo a ipotizzare gli step attraverso cui costituire e rendere operativa la rete. The essay presents initial findings from an action-participatory research project that resulted from collaboration between the FORLILPSI Department of the University of Florence and the Early Childhood Education Services of the Municipality of Livorno. Starting with an analysis of the changes affecting contemporary society and families, this research aimed to identify the resources and actions that have been promoted in the Livorno area over the last five years for gender and parenting education. The ultimate goal is to design and build an inter-institutional and inter-professional network that supports intra- and inter-family relations through an inclusive and transformative approach. The paper presents the theoretical foundations, objectives, methodology, and initial results of the project. It also presents the hypothesis of the steps to be taken to establish and operationalize the network.
