In many industrial applications there is the need of protecting and isolate some production areas from external contaminants. This operation is typically obtained by imposing a known pressurization of the cells of the production line and a homogeneous soft venting of the whole area. For these applications there is often the need of a very smooth tuning and calibration of controlled air flows that should be performed using regulation valve with a highly linear behavior, also reduced levels of vorticity and noise emissions are desirable features for this kind of applications. In this work authors propose an innovative 3D Printed Valve that can be easily designed and customized to obtain the desired behavior.
