A large building interpreted as a mansio, and a group of dwellings in use between the second half of the 4th and 7th centuries AD were discovered and excavated at Jesolo (ancient Equilus). Approximately 2,000 glass fragments corresponding to 645 individuals were found and a remarkable selection was archaeometrically investigated by SEM-EDS, EMPA and LA-ICP-MS. The paper summarises the results obtained through the typological and archaeometric studies, contextualising the findings in the contemporary regional landscape.
