At-risk pregnancy can be defined when the woman experienced some previous adverse pregnancy outcomes (e.g., stillbirth or spontaneous abortion), or in case of a critical health status started before or during the pregnancy. Little attention has been paid to investigate negative affect (e.g., depression and anxiety) and positive affect (e.g., self-efficacy and self-esteem) in women with at-risk pregnancy. We aimed at investigating depression, anxiety, self-efficacy and self-esteem in women with at risk pregnancy. We aimed at investigating the changes of these psychological variables across time (from pregnancy till after birth).

Abstract
At-risk pregnancy can be defined when the woman experienced some previous adverse pregnancy outcomes (e.g., stillbirth or spontaneous abortion), or in case of a critical health status started before or during the pregnancy. Little attention has been paid to investigate negative affect (e.g., depression and anxiety) and positive affect (e.g., self-efficacy and self-esteem) in women with at-risk pregnancy. We aimed at investigating depression, anxiety, self-efficacy and self-esteem in women with at risk pregnancy. We aimed at investigating the changes of these psychological variables across time (from pregnancy till after birth).I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
