The conservation of architectural heritage is a priority and vital to preserve the heritage of our ancestors, it is essential to safeguard cultural identity, historical value and sustainable development, contributing to the welfare of communities and the enrichment of society as a whole. This research aims to propose an HBIM-GIS model to facilitate the diagnosis of pathologies in architectural heritage, as well as its documentation and efficient management, visualized in a single platform that links geographic data from GIS and building data using HBIM models, with proven advantages in quality, accuracy, time, and resource savings.

Abstract
